Blocked orders not visible in VKM1

Hi Friends,

Usually, all blocked orders are visible by VKM1.

However, some orders seems to be blocked and NOT visible via VKM1, When

checking VKM3, the order is visible and able to release. Could you please advice what could be the reason.

For your information

VKM1 list out all the SD documents (Sales order and Delivery) whose overall credit status is B.

VKM3 lists all Sales Orders irrespective of their status, in VKM3 if you select any document which is relevant of credit check and release, it updates the overall credit status of that document to D. But Even after releasing it will appear in VKM3. This is standard behaviour.

if you find any particular document which is blocked and not appearing in VKM1 then go to table VBUK and check the overall credit status of that document if it is B then it must appear in VKM1.
