Hello Experts
Our PDF developers encounter a very weird situation:
When they open a PDF document in Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.2 they receive the following warning:
" The document "Untitled1" uses one ore more fonts that are not currently available on your system.
The text in the document will use a substitute font "
The fonts the warning is referring to are customized fonts.
However:
1) The fonts ARE available and installed on the machine.
2) The document is displayed using the customized fonts.
3) Even when substituting the fonts from the warning message - the message still appears every time. Even when checking the "Permanently Replace Unavailable Fonts" checkbox.
How can we get rid of this warning ?
Does anyone know ?
Thanks in advance
Adi J.

Hi Adi,
If you opne the same form in standalone ADLC it will work, but if you try to post the same form from SAP it will replace them with substitution fonts, as at runtime these fonts are processed by ADS, and so ADS should have these fonts added.
follow the below link you have instruction on how to do this.
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/d0/cdf29623c8432fa1545df5f43176de/content.htm
alternatively.
Cheers,
Sai

You should also have the font installed in ADS. Ask your basis team.
