Installatioin of SAP 4.7 EE (NUC) on windows 2008 R2/SQL Server 2008 R2

Hi,

We are doing migration from HP-UX/Oracle to windows 2008 R2/SQL 2008 R2 as part of that export is successfully completed. Now we in-process of importing, when we started central instance installation it is throwing error in the input paramaters stage of MS SQL Server > Database connection information. The error is as follows.

ERROR 2011-02-16 16:14:34

MDB-05917 Look up in the check table returned no result. ()

I had checked the logs and found nothing but it is triying to execute usrstd.sql and failing. If any thing required do let me know.

Please provide your input to address this issue. Thanks in advance.

You're aware that 4.7x on Windows 2008/SQL Server 2008 is only supported to do a direct upgrade?

You'll need patch installation master DVD and a patched kernel DVD.

Note 1541738 - Creating a patched Installation Master for NetWeaver 6.40.
