Transfer Order Confirmation not updated in Header:

Hi Gurus,

One of the Transfer orders were stuck in RF Queue.

The Transfer orders is already confirmed but the confirmation is not updated at header (KQUIT field not updated).

I am not able to either confirm / Cancel the Transfer order.

Any way to get this TO out of RF queue.

Can you use LRF1 the RF monitor to remove it from the queue

Thanks for your reply.

But there is no option in LRF1 to remove the Transfer orders form the queue.

Please let me know any other options.

Hi,

In LRF1, you can select the TO and just "drag and drop" to any queue

Hello,

I want the Transfer order to be moved of the queue totally.

The TO is already confirmed and confirmation indicator is not updated in the Header and hence it is showing in the RF Queue.

You can use LL01 to close all open transfer requirements, cancel open transfer orders.

double click on the line for open transfer orders, in the next screen follow the meny GOTO > cancel TO etc.

Hi,

In LL01 it does not appear as Open TO.

Please understand the issue here..The transfe rorder is already confirmed and is shown as confirmed expect the Confirmation key in header is not updatted.

It is not moved of RF Queue. I need to move it off from RF Queue.

Hi Zoya, Avinash,

This is strange, but to clear this issue you can manually delete the queue from LTAK-QUEUE in debug mode. You may require some assitance from a technical person if you don't know how to do it.

Of course, this is a temporary solution just to clear the existing problem. You should investigate further to understand why this is happening and take necessary actions to prevent this.

Hi Avinash or anybody else,

Did you ever solve your problem? We have exactly the same scenario. The one and only line has been confirmed via LT12 but the TO still has 'unconfirmed status', cannot see it LL01 and is still on RF queue, but there is nothing to confirm.

How can we remove it from the RF queue?
