Hi,
Have you configured Fixed Reciepiants in alert configuration. The user ID which has been given in Alert configuration of Fixed reciepiants should have email address attached to that profile.
Thanks,
Chandra.

Hi,
Is the Alert Rule set for the Alert category created?
Have you set the Recipients for the Alert Category?

Hi,
Check in Alert rule did you enabled the option suppress multiple alerts option..
if yes then check are there any alerts needs to be closed using tcode ALRTDISP for your alert category..
if you are on PI 7.0 then need to configure nay back ground jobs for the same(this was needed for earlier versions..)
If there are no alerts yet in ALRTDISP tocde then go to Se38 and then execute the program SXMSALERT_LOGREADER to check whether the rule has been found for your alert or not..

Can you recheck the Alert category and also alert configuration....
