Iview problem, GOS icon missing

dear Gurus,

we are currently develope Logistic Iview (SAP Transaction iview), we got issues when use transaction iview.

at R/3 when we execute t-code ME21N, we found GOS (Generic Object Service) button at Left-Top of ME21N Screen.

but, when we publish ME21N at Portal through SAP Transaction iview, GOS Icon is button..

we need this button to upload our PO document

can anyone has same situation before?? can you all help us ?

Hi all,

the solution is type user muse be Dialog,even you connect application at R/3 through SAP EP, you must use Dialog Type user

because GOS only activated when executed by Dialog user.

when i face this problem, our type user is communication,so we change mass users.
