Import Que not working properly

Hi All,

We have a situation :

We have upgraded the OS in our DEV server from Win 2000 to Win 2K3. For carrying out this we have restored the last offline backup of the DEV system.

But after configuring the TMS in all system we are facing a problem, that the import que in QAS and PRD are not showing the old requests also the new ones have to add(extra>other requests>add).

All systems are in same domain(DEV).

Please advice....

try to upgrade the kernel to latest version and check for error. before that check the log files which are available in trans directory and see if you get any clue also check SM21 for other clues.

Hey Mahendra,

Nothing special in sm21 or trans log.

Although the problem of adding new requests through extra is over.

Now as usual whenever we refresh the import que in QAS/PRD it lists all the newly released requests...but still we can not list the old transport requests in QAS/PRD list by only refreshing it(need to do it by manual adding).

Please look into it........

Is /usr/sap/trans mounted?, is DEV you domain controler?
