Change in the Tax code

Hi Gurus,

In Production, in FTXP Tcode the Tax code has been changed by someone from 9% to 7%. The client is asking who has changed and when it has changed. FTXP Tcode does not provide change logs as it is a master data.

Please suggest is there any way to find out the history of change logs of transaction FTXP.

Please suggest.
