Change rebate recipient in vbo2

Hi there

I have made a mistake in entering the wrong recipient when creating a new rebate agreement. A couple of days later Iu2019ve discovered the mistake and now want to correct the rebate agreement with the correct recipient number. The pencil edit icon is deactivated? Is there another way?
