Hi Experts
We are currently using the order probability field (shown below, we change the number to 50 for repeat and 100 for new) in quotes to determine if an item being quoted is a new item for a customer or a repeat item in order to track new sales dollars. Is there a report I can use to tell me exactly when a quote was referenced to a sales order, contract, or scheduling agreement? I have seen a date in the change log for a quote (also pictured below) that will list when a customer purchase order number has been changed and I thought this may be a good date to use to determine when a quote becomes an order. We are currently using the customer purchase order field to enter our lead time so it is changed every time a quote is reference to any type of order. VA25 does not have the information that I am looking for is there another report that I can use to see this information? Or can we add this date to VA25? Thanks!

Table VBFA has the document flow details. May be you can check that.
