Barcodes and Sapscript

Hello Experts,

We are trying to print barcodes via sapscript. We have a DIMM card on our HP printer. We are able to print the barcode on the form using sapscript, but it will not scan.

We were able to generate a barcode using a form coded in Smartforms and it scans, but the SAPscript version does not scan. We would rather not recode our form in Smartforms, since we really just want to add a barcode to it.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Interesting that you mention start and stop characters. We do believe that the SAPScript barcode is missing these. Would you know how to get them in there?

Something is wrong, obviously, with what is being printed...I'd check setting for the barcode definition, check whether I needed start and stop characters, etc. On the SAPScript, do the barcode stripes look identical to the SmartForms output?
