Cancel TO transfers partially elaborated for delivery

Hi,

i want cancel a trasfer order with LT15 partially elaborated (vsolm > vistm > 0) but:

if i have an only start (prov) position they say me message L3354 "Transfer order already confirmed or cancelled, or cancellat. sent".

If i have more of one position instead, I cancel the transfers order with success. Why?

Can I cancel TO partially elaborated anytyme or there a limit?

The TO can be cancelled if also one of the n position doesn't have picking partially (vsolm = 0) but I can cancel if

all position are picking partially. Why?
