Hi,

We are using SRM 4.0.But our user (Approver) got below error while trying to approve the shopping cart.

"User xsrzy is already processing this document.please try again later."

Though the work item of this shopping cart is his bin only.

But we are not able to find why the system has thrown this kind of error though it is in approver's bin.

i am requesting you please advise the proper solution for this .Because it needs to be approved urgently.

Hi,

I think user closed browser window and the session is still locking the document.

Please check the user session in SM04 and delete the session or wait for session time out.
