Create Shopping cart - Enter company code error

Hi All,

While creating shopping cart from portal, system is throwing error as "Enter Company Code". When checked under basic data tab, there is no values for company code field. How to bring these values into SRM from ECC ?

While creating your org structure, did you not maintain your company code value wrt your ECC company code?

Yes, I have maintained the company code in my Org structure. Is there any table from where i can get the company code details in SRM ? or is there any procedure to replicate company codes in SRM ?

Hi,

I referred the notes. actually my issue is even though i have maintained my company code in Org structure, while creating SC its throwing error as 'Enter company code'. And there is no value in CC field when i checked by pressing F4. More over that CC field is non editable status.

Masa .... Its maintained as Local only.

Yes this issue is happening for all the users. Even we have 2 different Org structure & this error is coming in both CC.

Hi CB,

have you "Defined a second RFC destination in SAP SRM using Dialog User - this is done to enable the Backend Search help in Account Assignment"

Also please check the "Define System Landscape under SRM Server Technical Basic Settings " there association of Dialog RFC is done.

Please check the following settings are maintained

1. Relevant company code is maintained in Org structure attributes

2.Check the IMG setting under Cross application basic setting -->Account Assignment ---> Define G/L account for Product Category and Account Assignment Category is maintained.

1 : i have maintained the CC

2 : When i click on that node system is throwing the pop up as "SRM : SAP system message

Work process restarted;session terminated" and session is getting closed.

I spoke to my Basis guys & abapers, but they were not sure why its getting terminated. any idea ?

Please double check the "Define System Landscape" customizing. SRM server should have "local" flag.
