How do i use the boolean feature to fail a line item in Data Collection?

I use the min max to fail an item and raise NC. but if i have a text input and want the 0 value to fail. How do i do it.

Eg: Check the quality. Bad for 0 and Yes for 1. It should fail for BAD.

Hi,

You can fail only Numeric and Formula types of parameter.

Can i use the script to fail the line item based on input recieved? Can the user defined fileds be used for this?

You can try to use Boolean and Formula parameters and then fail the latter.

Thanks for the above reply, i will try to find it.

One more thing, when i look at the audit log report, it says the none of the category is logged.

I remember a form where i had seen the instructor check off each activity that needs to be logged. Can you please point me that form.
