Hello,

See the pam for supported combinations

www.service.sap.com/pam

Click on SAP ECC 6

ECC6 700 kernel can be installed on Windows 2003 64 bit server

Not 32 bit.

Need at least 8Gb of RAM as a minimum

I would like to ask you to stop writing in CAPITALS, this means SHOUTING at people.

To install the newest version of IDES (means ERP 6.0 with EHP4) you need a 64bit machine. Technically you can trick the setup to use a 32bit kernel but the system will be VERY slow and there may even be lots of functions that will not work at all because of the limited memory.

3 GB is way too less, you need at least 6 GB or more. As always, you also can here do that with 3 GB but don't expect that you can click between transactions quickly, you'll need a lot of time.

And finally make sure you have a valid license for IDES.

Need a much higher spec machine.
