Error while doing Client Import

Dear Guru,

While doing client export/import from PRD to DEV, we sucessfully completed the client export on PRD system and TR has been created during the export and imported that TR in the target system (DEV) after importing we tried to do post-processing method, its throwing error message.

Client has not yet been generated by a data import

Message no. TA226

Kindly suggest a solution for the above error message.

Hi,

Please execute SCC7 in that target client in which you have imported the transport requests (using STMS). Just ensure this, otherwise it is already executed by someone. Also check the target client settings.

What do the SCC3 logs show you?

Hi Guna,

Maybe the post processing is already done. It can be performed only once.

Check note 338578 points 5 and 13. The reason for the exact same error is mentioned.
