Hello

Was performed system copy ECC EHP4-Windows 2003/Oracle to Windows 2008 R2 / SQL 2005.

medias:

InstMst_7.01_SR1__NW_ERP_CRM_SRM_SCM - Number 51038620_13

NW_7.01_SR1_Krnl_WIN_AIX_z_OS_HP_SOL - Number 51036767_5

after, I tried upgrade to kernel level 117 (SAPEXE_117-10005992 and DB), bu could not start the service SAPDEV_00.

Error: 14001

log sxstrace.exe:

ERROR: Can not resolve reference Microsoft.VC80.MFC, processorArchitecture = "amd64", PublicKeyToken = "1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b" type = "win32", version = "8.0.50727.4053".

ERROR: Activation Context generation failed.

End Activation Context Generation.

With the the current kernel (system copy) appears in the dump: start_call_sick (The release Windows NT 6.1 is not supported with this Kernell (701).

any idea?

thanks

This happens because you miss the patch mentioned in

It's correct to update the kernel but you have to install the aforementioned security patch.
