Sending offline form to portal via the email as attachment.

Hi,

I prepared a iteractive form application.

An web dynpro java applivation sends the form as mail attachment for approve.

It goes to person's mailbox for approvement.

I want the form must be sent portal's inbox via mail after approvement.

is it possible the portal has inbox?If possible it needs some configurations?

How can i do that?

Hi,

After approval, the form can be send to SAP Inbox. There are some configurations which has to be done in the SCOT TCode. Once the mail reaches SAP inbox, we can trigger a class handler to extract data from the attached adobe form.

Hi Mate,

I dont know much about portal but I suggest you check this INBOX stuff in respective form.

Anyway as per my Idea if your business is having ESS, MSS implemented then there is possibility.

Also for SAP INBOX in Portal I believe it just replicates ERP Inbox itself, check with one of the portal guys.
