Advantage - MDM over CCM

Hi all,

Can anyone let me know the advantage of using SAP MDM in contrasct to SAP CCM for vendor catalogs in SRM???

Hi,

Please also note - SAP CCM is no longer in Development, only maintenance, even this ends in 2013, so SRM-MDM is the solution to use for continued Development and Support in SAP Catalog Product.

Hi,

There are few more advantages in addition to what Masa has already covered:

1. Very flexible workflow to approve the content to be imported into the system.

2. Advanced data import tool (with functionalities like Pivoting and reverse pivoting) in MDM.
