Hi,
I have configured multiple Solutions as part of Business Process Monitoring and all of pre-requisites has been taken care for performing Business Process Analytics.
We do select the "Solution for analysis" (under Key Figure Context) After applying the timeframe. However unable to see the second solution from the drop down as it always displays only one solution to select. Anything else to be done ?
Regards,
Good day.
I've the same issue, somebody this?

Hi LAKSHMINARAYANA
Judging from your comment, Analytics seems to work for 1 solution at least.
So I consider basic setting (like activating Analytic cube, RFC connection) are fine.
Please check following point.
1)Does your user has authorization to access other solutions ?
By using authorization object D_SOL_VSBL(field name SOLUTION), you can still
control the access to the specific solution in Analytics.
The object might be in role SAP_SV_SOLUTION_MANAGER or SAP_OP_DSWP_BPM.
So please check whether your user has filter to specific solution.
2)The satellite system has enough ST-A/PI release ?
To use analytics, satellite system needs ST-A/PI version M.
If not, please update ST-A/PI.
3)Extend time frame.
Sometime, there is no data for specific timeframe.
So maybe you can just extend the timeframe to see.
2011/1/1-2010/1/1 <= Instead of 2010/1/1, let's use 2008/1/1

Keiji,
Thanks for your response,
WIth respect to your response below,
i) No authorization issue persists
ii) Satellite system has latest ST-A/PI level
iii) Timeframe is not an issue since i can able to select for other solution.
So, i can able to see for only one solution but not able to see others.
Hi LAKSHMINARAYANAN
Thanks for your update.
Do you try to see the data from different systems ?
I suspect some issue on extractor framework. But not sure whether you solutions are targeting different systems or not.
Non problem solution : Satellite system is A
Problem solutions : Satellite system is B.C....
If it is the case, I suspect some issue on extractor framework to system B or C...
If target system is different, can you see the READ RFC connection to related satellite system in table E2E_RESOURCES ?
(I guess you already see the Analytic setup guide. What I suspect now is page 17. Also check the setting of diagnostic
relevant as descrived in page 39, 40).
If above points do not have issue, I recommend you to create SAP customer message under the component
SV-SMG-MON-BPM.

Jansi
Data has been tried with more than 2 systems, i do not think that could be the potential issue and nothing to do with EFW as well.
We do have few BP monitoring solutions with active alerts & data, and BP Analytics always shown the First default solution, it should display all active solutions(the solutions which have been configured with BP Monitoring alerts).
Regards
