Service Orders to GTS

Hello,

A customer raised the question if Service Orders can be checked in GTS. So for example Order Types like SM01. If I check in the transaction for activating document types for application level SD0A document type SM01 is not available as a possible input it can however manually be typed in and you will get a warning message. I have not tested further yet, but does anyone has experience with this?

Hi Eric,

We do send the customized service orders to GTS. We do not have any issues.

Can you let me know the order types that you send?

There is no additional matching necessary in GTS?

Do you add these order types also in group SD0A?

If its from Procurement side then add it to MM0A...in GTS Plugin of ECC..And also have it in GTS config

You are right. SD0A for Sales and MM0A for procurement side...

We clone the Service Contracts type WV and send the customized service contracts to GTS apart from our normal OR
