DMR didn't work

Dear experts :

we used DMR at characteristic level . The rule is Skip test for over 30000 batches that means we only need inspect the first batch .Every thing went well before but currently we got a new Inspection lot and the MIC in that suddenly request for testing .

Need your kindly help

Check QDL2 T code here check what is history of lot also check what is the nest stage of inspection.Here you can also check the DMR history.

Generally if DMR is defined at UD level then if a char rejected then only the quality level changes !!

Any chance someone turned off "skips allowed" in the inspection type set up for the material?

just check in previous lot wgether that characteristics is rejected or not ?

no rejection for these MIC since no inspection for them before this issue happened

Is there any change made in MIC?

Check Reset period (header level of dmr )and Max. skip duration in dmr skip stage

as the no. of lots are more 30000 may be these limit is exceeded and it i sreset to intial stage...

reset period is blank . Only 8 batches isn't over 30000 . No changes made in MIC
