Hi. I want to know how I can delete a cFolders Collaboration. I suppose I have to do it from R/3, but I don't know what is the transaction.

have you tried via the web ui? with necessary authorization should be possible in collaborations list (my collaborations).

IF you have the necessary authorisation you can delete a collabration or any object in cfolders.
the following single roles allow this :
SAP_CFX_COL_DELETOR - can delete collaborative folders
SAP_CFX_COMP_DELETOR - can delete competitive folders
SAP_CFX_STD_DELETOR - can delete standard folders
SAP_CFX_STATUS_PRF_DELETOR - can delete status profiles
SAP_CFX_USRGRP_DELETOR - can delete User groups
If I remember correctly the administration user roles don't allow deletion.
