Not able to see General data view in VD02

Hi All.

i got one issue, user is trying to see general data tab in transaction code VD02. but it is not visable

can anyone help us on this?

Hi,

The views can be controlled by authorization group. In material master, we can restrict viewing of screen to the users. For example, only the sales view will be shown to sales people. This is done by authorization. May be the same logic applied in your case also. Pl consult your basis consultant.

Check tocde : OBD2, check the Field status - general data is invisible for all fields?
