Hi,

I have sap solution manager 701 sp 23 on windows os. When I try start Maintenance Optimizer by going to TCO -> DSWP -> Operations -> Change Management -> support Pakage stacks and start Maintenance Optimizer I get this error on my browser.

Error when processing your request

What has happened?

The URL http://solman.dlg.dk:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wda_mopz_plan was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system SOL : Local logical system is not defined

The error occurred on the application server solman_SOL_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

Method: CREATE_ORDER of program /TMWFLOW/CL_MO_CRM_1O=========CP

Method: INIT of program /TMWFLOW/CL_MO_CRM_1O_LOCAL===CP

Method: GET_CRM_OBJECT of program /TMWFLOW/CL_MO_CRM_FACTORY====CP

Method: CONSTRUCTOR of program /TMWFLOW/CL_MO_CRM_ACCESS=====CP

Method: GET_CRM_INTERFACE of program /TMWFLOW/CL_MO_CRM_FACTORY====CP

Method: CONSTRUCTOR of program CL_MO_CRM_ADAPTER=============CP

Method: CONSTRUCTOR of program CL_MO_CONTROLLER==============CP

Method: HANDLEDEFAULT of program /1BCWDY/9SGR9B107JVZRAATUJQR==CP

Method: HANDLEDEFAULT of program /1BCWDY/9SGR9B107JVZRAATUJQR==CP

Method: IF_WDR_VIEW_DELEGATE~WD_INVOKE_EVENT_HANDLER of program /1BCWDY/9SGR9B107JVZRAATUJQR==CP

What can I do?

If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system SOL in transaction ST22.

If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server solman_SOL_00 in transaction SM21.

If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server solman_SOL_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Error code: ICF-IE-http -c: 001 -u: REZ -l: E -s: SOL -i: solman_SOL_00 -w: 0 -d: 20110210 -t: 154048 -v: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE -e: Local logical system is not defined

I did create a local logical system. And I can see my system on solution manager.

I did check.

1) SE80 -> inactive objects: there are no inactive objects.

2) SICF -> All services are activated

3) I can execute solman_setup on step 7 alle my services working.

Any help

Hi David

How did you solve your issue with Logical system not defined when you tried to create a new maintenance transaction.

I saw you posted you did on RSA1 but that is a BW transaction?

Could you please review is that info is correct?

thanks!

Hi

I had another problem on RSA1.

I think that you need is add a Logical components to you installation .

You can choos you system on smsy. and use wizard "assignment to logical components" on top to add a logical components to your installation.

You can find your logical components on smsy -> System grups and Logical components -> Logical components.

remmber to add your system on Solution Landskabes - Opreation.

I hope this can help you

Hi,

Please check transaction type SLMO, if it is inactive.

You can find this under:

-> Customer Relationship Management

-> Transactions

-> Basic Settings

-> Define Transaction Types

Then try the maintenance transaction, I hope that helps you to address the issue, thanks.
