Service object for VF02, FB30 etc

Hello

Can anyone help me? We need to have service objects to our users (All users are DIALOG).

I found out, that if we are going to user settings:

SD_SWU_ACTIVE Activate Workflow Box in VA02 & VA03

We activate service object, so users can attach documents etc. Can we have the object in a role?

It isn't possible for us to make service objects in all transaktions: VA42, VF02, ME22N, FB03 ME32K etc. - How can it be possible?

Authorization object is S_BDS_DS. Normally it should with user via common/generic (for all user) role
