connecting to a few web services

Hi,

If I want to connect to a few web services in a WD application - do I need to open a new model for each web service ?

(when using rfc - I can use the same model for a few rfc)

Also - I think to start working here with web services instead of rfc because I see that this is the strategy of sap - what do you think??

Thanks so much.

Promise to award points...

Ruthie.

Hi,

Accroding to my knowledge better you have to use Webservice instead of RFC. After creating BAPI it should be convert into webservice, then it is easily integrate with Webdynpro.

Dear Saravanan,

Thanks.

But can I use the same model to connect to a few web services (as I can use the same model to connect to a few

RFC) or do I need to create a new model for each web

service ??

Thanks so much.

Hi,

According to me better you have to create separate model for connecting web service, because RFC model is different from Webservice model. RFC model connection can be resued for another R/3 Connection. In my project i used separate models for each applications.

Kind Regards,
