Hello CUP Experts,
I'm in desperate need of either:
1) One additional attribute in Custom Approver Determinator namely the Department field, because I've managed to get my LDAP team name into that one.
- Is it possible to get this by editing one of the upload xml's, for instance the AE_init_clean_and_insert_data.xml?
OR
2) Get LDAP to populate either of Functional Area or Company, both are available in the LDAP Field Mapping but non of the fields pick up the LDAP data.

Hello Chinmaya,
I can do the field mapping but the fields remain empty in the request screen.
Both fields are drop down lists, the drop down list is also empty since I haven't configured any values for them, but it's impossible to make CUP put the mapped LDAP value into these field.

I got the custom field into the custom approver determinator selection.
I don't know what went wrong the last time we tried this, but I'm glad it worked now.
Thanks,
Stefan Ericsson

Hi Chinmaya,
I would love to create a custom field, the problem is how do I get that custom field attribute into the custom approver determinator selection?
I need my custom approver determinator to trigger on a specific field in the request and I need to be able to populate that field with an LDAP mapping.

Hi Stefan,
Are you not able to map the second option using LDAP mapping?

Chinmaya
