Very bad and clumsy configuraion of file systems, Why you are using 777 permissions for all 3 instances?

Did you follow the standard installation guide when you install these 3 systems?

Now OraInventory should be oraird or orairq ?

Here my answer is - Yes you have to change the owner to target ORASID, then only upgrade process can create directory/files.

*Pre-caution is always better than post-action (Correction in your scenario)

Let me know any permission issue on /oracle/IRQ/102_64/inventory ?

You have to check the above issue, why user doesn't have the access to create? How would people know what is the user ID you are using for installation and which permissions you are maintaining?

bcoz cant create directory pls check below error log

This is depends on your current configuration(User rights/file permissions) and you only can check.

I strongly suggest you to READ the standard Inst/Upgrade guide before starting your activity and FOLLOW the guide while performing.

This is just a suggestion.
