SAP Note 1497956 - External tax calculation

Hello,

I found a SAP Note 1497956 - External tax calculation engines which mainly states that at the moment no partner solution is certified to run outside the USA and Canada for Tax calculation.

If I use UTXD condition ,and UTXE . UTX1 acess sequence which has calculation formulas 500, 501 to make external Tax calls will it work for countries other then US and Canada . I will maintain condition records for the country, customer and material tax classification indicator.

I also found that MWST is used in EMEA so not sure if it wiill create issues there.

Any inputs will be helpful.
