EHPI 4 error in phase MAIN_SHDCRE/SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE/DB

we are doing EHPI4 upgrade and we are receiving the following error. We have increased tablespace on all PSAP* that we are receiving error msgs on but still we cannot move forward with EHPI 4 install. Pls suggest

Hi,

Do you have sufficient free space in the file system ? Since in auto extend mode you need to take care about the data file will grow to their maximum size as well, so, keeping this in view, check space in file system.

Thank you for responding. we have enough space available on the file system and new datafiles were added to all the PSAP* tablespaces that logs had issues with. Space is not an issue here.

increase the tablespace "PSAPSMALLD" size manually.

i think you need to close the EHPI and restart it.

send us the recent logs if you still get the errors after restart of EHPI.
