1) Can we get a different output for create SO Va01 and a different one for Change SO Va02? Also , what are the settings needed to trigger each of these outputs.
Answer: I am not sure about this. If the same output you want to be triggered during VA01 and VA02 then yes it is possible. May be you can go for a output routine and see if "Transaction Code" is available as a allwoed field in the output communication. Else may be you can go for a custom development during Order save . Else you can add the output manually during VA02.
2)Does SAP has a tcode for Standard report to check if an output is sent for a list of SO?
Answer: In NAST table you can provide the Object Key as the document number and your output type as Message type and see if records exists. NAST table will be updated when a output is generated.
