Inactive old SA Release from ICH

Hi Team,

I am facing some problem while checking SMI monitor in SNC system.

When I am checking Release Process  Overview (Customer) and giving required information like, Customer Location , supplier number.. Getting problem with Scheduling Agreement number.

While I am using F4 search engine, I am getting all scheduling agreement number which is created aginst this supplier.

As per my understanding, those scheduling agreement number whichu2019s having validity end period year end 2008, 2009,2010 should not come here.

Only new one which is valid in current year should be appear here.

I have already check  /SAPAPO/MTI2 in my APO system , Process type ICH not define here and you can see that this document number 0000103836 having the ending date 31.12.2010.

I have check Integration module (CFM1in ECC 6)also but there is no any such as variant exist which is having Scheduling agreement number.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue?

How can I avoid to see such as Scheduling agreement whichu2019s already crossed for validity end date.

Hi Virendra

It makes sense to show all the data in the overview for your filter conditions

As it is easy to get picutre of data which crossed the delivery date and went as backlog

Also there are various analysis done on this data to get picture of supplier performance

Now in order to meet your requirement

Please make use of fields

First Due Date:Number of days until the next delivery date of a schedule line

Backlog/Immediate Requirement

These will filter the data accordingly

ex: you have three releases and their respective delivery dates 08/02/2011,12/02/2011,13/02/2011

wehn you apply the filter 2 in first due:

it will show release 2 and 3 with delivery dates 2/02/2011,13/02/2011

it is in R/3 or ICH screen.

Hi Virendra,

You can check this in R\3 transaction code:ME84 field name :Scope of Select.

ME84 transaction use for sending SA schedule lines.

You can have below option for filtrering out:

blank Changed or next date

1 Changed only

2 Next date only

3 Changed and next date

4 Without restrictions

Hi Nikhil,

I am so sorry for this,

In Me84 there is so any such as variant which is sending Release in ICH.

Second this, if this program automatic use for sending requirement, there must be having some screen selection.

But as per your suggestion i have change Scope of Selection from 4 to 1.

I wish, old SA number will not come in my ICH screen.
