Files not appearing in download basket even after approval in MOPZ

Hi,

We have recently updated the Solution Manager to 7.0 EHP1. The ST components stack level is at 24. The maintenance optimizer is coming up in the browser after running DSWP and clicking on "create new maintenance transaction".

The problem that we are facing is that, after confirming certain files in MOPZ, they are not appearing in the download basket.

My S-user is assigned in AISUSER t-code and in the SAP-OSS RFC connection as well.

Please help me out.

Hi

SAP-OSS connection connection test is running fine, did you maintained your router settings proper in OSS1.

if all those are fine, try with another suser did u face the same problem?
