Hello together,
I have a problem which was reported by a user with transaction CJ02.
In Release 4.6B is was possible to release a WBS-element (accounting / billing) without a settlement rule.
In ECC 6.0 it is only possible to release the WBS-element if a settlement rule is maintained or generated (trx. CJB2).
Is it possible to switch back to our old process or do we have to change our process in createing and relkeasing the WBS-elements.
Kind regatrds
Udo Fehring
Hi,

Hi,
Check these notes. Although these notes are not relevant to the SAP version you are using they might give you some idea on how to handle this issue.
Note 124781 - Error message KD059 in Transaction CJ02
Note 115618 - Saving plan-integrated WBS element without settlement rule
Check your settlement profile and see whether you have maintained the option "Settlement Required" for any of the valid receivers. If so, change it to "Settlement Optional" and check.
Regards,
Gokul
Hello,
it's the system status "REL".

HI,
The concept seems to be wrong. You can release your WBSE in ECC 6.0 also without maintaining the settlement rule.
Is that a user status "REL" or system status "REL" ?
