email to vendor when material is rejected

My requierment is ,when material is rejected for vendor then email should send to vendor

how we can achive this in sap

Hi Kailas,

Yes, it is possible through QM implementation which interm.. thru QM notification... it is possible to send mail message to Supplier incase of rejections after the Quality inspection/analsysis.

Yes, it is possible to send or trigger E mail to vendor or supplier through QM notification, but you need to process and also you can send PDF form which can be generated form Notificaiton Print option,

and also you need to update the Vendor master data i,e E mail ID in the master record, so that sysatem can select related vendor email ID from this master as default.
