How to reset the OSS note

Hi Experts,

We have implemented one SAP note in dev system, the implementation status of that nate is currently : obsolete.

Due this we are facing sript error in WD Apllication.

Please let me know the process to reset this note. developer can do it or this is supposed to be done by BASIS people?

SAP advices that to be done by experienced professional. I would recomment to get the help of BASIS people for doing that.
