SAP Basis Certificate not yet received from SAP

Hi All,

This is Krishnamurthy Kikkisetti ,I have given SAP Basis exam through Pearson VUE on 24 Aug 2010 at 02:30:PM.I got only score card, I am not yet received my certificate. I sent the lot of mails to kps.businessobjects.kt at the rate of sap.com but they were not responding at all. Who will help for this case I am in help less situation even though Pearson Vue peoples were telling we are not responsible for that. We are already sent to SAP they won't give Phone numbers also except above mail id.

I called up to SAP India, but they were telling SAP India were not taking care certificate process. Please send the mail to wendy.toh at the rate of sap.com,kps.businessobjects.kt at the rate of sap.com . I sent the mails to both of them no buddy was reponding.
