EH&S and ArchiveLink

Hi Experts,

please help me in customizing EH&S with ArchiveLink.

In note 1093254 it is written, that you sould maintained data carrier instead of SAP-SYSTEM.

In note 1408009 it is written: you must enter the storage category (content category) that is maintained in DMS Customizing for the storage system in which the document is to be stored.

What ist the "content category" and where can i find it?

Is it write to just maintain the "content category" in spro "assign eh&s document types to data carriers"?

For FI / CO ... we have an ArchiveLink Connection to Saperion.

In EHS Customizing there is "Assign EH&S Document Types to Data Carriers".

I created a Data Carrier (external DMS) "ZS" - but when I maintain this in the above mentioned customizing funktion it does not work.

Could you please give me some details?

What do I have to maintain in "Assign EH&S Document Types to Data Carriers"

How can I maintain this "Data Carrier" - only "Specify Data Carriers" does not work.

Hi Phillip

There is no standard archivelink functionality in EH&S. We had to create a Z archivelink object. I believe this is because EH&S was developed by a third party and purchased by SAP.
