TAO cannot start saplogin during test run

Hi all,

I have created some test scenarios using (SAP TAO - Version 2.0.4.0, SAP Logon 720, QC - Version 9.2, QTP - Version 9.5). However, Sap Tao is not able to start the sap login to run these tests. The initial screen before the login screen gets started and gets stocked. However, TAO executes these tests only if I starts sap logon from my desktop. Is there any workaround to this issue?

Hi,

Check the log file and see any errors are there and when you do self check are you getting any warning messages ?

Go to Configuration -> Expert -> can you see saplogon file path mentioned?

check your connections propertly and settings.

Thanks for the quick responds.

The selfcheck is showing one warning.( u201EThe Agent Version 2.0.2.0 on the Server System is probably not supported and should be replaced with the packet version ST u2013PI 2008_1_700.0003 u201D ). I will get this solve first and see what the outcome will be.

You need to install supporting patch and also make sure you follow compatibility matrix .

Hi Ram,

Thanks. The compatibility matrix has really helped. Though, it was hard to find the document. TAO is now able to login successfully.
