What is "BS"?
Anyway, what about architecture security, network zones, encryption, SAP routers and webdispatchers, password policies, configuration baseline, programming standards, ...

It depends how you are planning to support. Now if you do not have any plan to support then 1st I thing you should prepare that.. What do you think?

An exit strategy and corresponding clauses (use a small font to stick with tradition) is also recommended if you have no plan.
Why not sail over to onshore land and take a look for yourself what you are in for to support, and the customer can see what they are in for - then decide the scope?
Cheers,
Julius

What do you have defined for your support?
Presumably you have quoted a price per call but what do you cover and how do you calculate the charge to your client?
Please let me know so that I can undercut your quote.
Damn - forgot to ask who your client was and the contact name.
Cheers
David

This means we can book David and Dipanjan at a lower rate than Malti and send the two of them (after negotiation it could be for the price of one...) to Timbuktu for some remote support via jungle-drums which automatocally ask for step-by-step instructions as an "in line" feature.
Count me in to watch the fiasco unfold with the onshore tream and send us post cards..
Cheers
Julius
