Hi SRM Experts,

while creating the RFx I am getting below error, can anybody guide me to solve this.

is this issue related to customisation or related to BASIS

SAME ERROR OCCURED FOR ME WHEN CREATING PROFIT CENTER. IT HAS BE SOLVED BY USING OKKP , OKE5 AND KE51.

The issue is solved by maintaining proper no ranges in "Define no ranges for local RFx."

Note 1041876 - Short dump displayed only in ST22 when trying to display RFx

Symptom

When trying to display an RFx and experience null object reference, the system throws short dump display via transaction ST22 as the following example:

Do you mean,the note 1041876 has to be applied.

No. SAP has to release the note for SRM 700 too.

Can you recreate the problem . if it so you can send it to SAP to get correction note.

Our basis guy says somewhere( in customizing ) we have to maintain this object type ( OBJ REF), what is your opinion.

however

when you are geting this erorr ? when dispaly the RFx or creating the RFx?

so every time are you getting this error?

what are the settings you have done for creating the bid invitation?

what is your BBid invitation docuemnt type and linked to number range? etc..

Hi Muthu,

This i am getting while creating the RFx, but earlier not encountered with this error.

We have refreshed the SRM server. But i do not think any configuration is related with this Object!!!!

Still stuck with this error.

Hope you have done all post refresh activities.

do one quick testing

can you create a sc and PO in your system and make ensure that in org structure all it points to the current logical system ie no production logical system pointing any where . visit all settings to cross check..

issue is not resolved , what could be the content of Object " OBJREF"

I tried to create shopping cart but it ends with error 'enter company code' i am trying to resolve this meanwhile if you tell me what is the content of this object it will be great.

i dont know exactly. check org strcture too. since you have told recently you have done refresh too.

one quick testing

create one user and assign to org structure . let us see u r user has no issue and attaching to the org structure or not.

Hi Muthu,

The issue is temporarily solved, because the same error message when i use internal number assignment , but with external no assignment i can see the RFx sheet ,but again the error is " No process levels defined in process scheme X , i have posted this issue as separate thread. Kindly give some solution for this, i am unable to create the RFx.
