SPAM/SAINT update issue

Hi,

I had installed NW7.0 SP14 and i am trying to update SPAM/SAINT version from 7.00/0039 to 7.00/041, it is running more than a day But still it is running. I has checked any space issue in Oraarch and Table space also. Kindly help me how to resolve this issue.

Hi All,

Thanks for spending your greatful time to me to resolve this issue.

This problem is resolved by changing ownership to <SIDADM> for the trans directory.

Hi,

Check the S logs and A logs in usr\sap\trans\log folder. Also in Tcode sm37, check if any background job is stuck.

Check the logs in /usr/sap/trans

Also check whether any work process is running
