Hi ,

We are on srm 7 ECS.

How can we change the Decimal notation to 1.234.567,89 at the SRM client level.

I know we can change it in su01 for every user ID , but I want to change it at teh client level, so that it appears the same for all users.

check this link

http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SRM/CurrencyintegrationbetweenSRMand+ECC

You can change the Decimal places in the SRM SPRO configuration under the currency also

say your currency is EURO to 2 decimal places

Hi Prakash,

If you want to change the existing user decimal notation you need to modify in SU3 t.code.

In order to control the default settings while creating SU01 user id, BASIS team can maintain Access enforcer (please check with basis guys to know more about access enforcer).

Also, Via SRM NW portal, you can personalize the settings from the following path

NW portal --> Home --> Personalization --> SRM User settings

Prakash,

I am not quite sure if I follow your question , but here are some things you can do to manage user defaults.

You can have the users set their own default/decimal setting using tcode SU3

Or if you want everyone to have the same decimal notation , have your basis team set the profile parameter 'zcsa/moddcpfm' be set to one of below options, this way every user created in the system will have the set value as the default.

Value Format

Xu2019 1,234,567.89
