Backend Contracts in Free-text shopping cart for service items

Hi experts,

We are SRM 7.0 in Classic scenario client and some how can't find any backend contracts when we create service items shopping cart. We have many backend service contracts that I can find through source determination in purchase requisition but when I create as shopping cart - free-text service lines then none of them are visible to pick under Source of Supply tab. I can find for material items but not service items. Please help if any of you know this issue and found a solution.

Note 1024423 - Source of supply not found for service items in shopping car - but it is applicable for only srm 550 . check with SAP.

PERFORM sos_backend_call_meta

TABLES

lt_search_criteria

delete this line et_con_list

insert this line lt_con_list

this piece of small code makes big difference lt_con_list and et_con_list

Can any one tell what is the difference between lt_con_list and et_con_list parameters ?

These notes are may not applicable for you . it depicts that there are some issues in the earlier verion on service source of supply.

Note 1287828 - Price not transferred from Contract for service item in SC

as per your expectation , you must see the source of supply .

Please create an OSS message under SRM-EBP-SHP with all screens ..

you will get some correct note to show the contract in the SRM . please update the sap note here too.

i dont have the system now to test your scenario.
