Archived SFC

I need to find the parent sfc and only have a child component sfc to work with. All SFC's have been archived. using component usage no other sfc's are visible on the report because all of the other chilldren and parent are still archived. Is there a way to unarchive all the assembly sfc's? Thanks

I would say no. You have to trace assembly hierarchy manually in ARC database. Then you can use standard Unarchive to retrieve the SFC with its BOM as-built data.

I assume ARC database is the Archive database?? Also, do any scripts exist is it SAP best practice to walk through table data?

Yes, I'm talking about AR_* tables in ODS.

I have not heard about such scripts released officailly. Maybe someone created them for personal usage.
