CUP - Request Form Customization

Hi,

In CUP (5.3 SP 12.1), I cannont find the fields User Group, Accounting Number, and Business Process under Request Form Customization in Configuration tab.

We do not require Accounting Number, and Business Process in the request form and would like to hide these fields but they are not available under Request Form Customization in Configuration tab?

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I am on SP11 and I can see these fields under request form customization...

Then, I guess we will have to open a message with SAP. thanks for the confirmation.

Had to click on the Upgrade in Configuration.
