Demand Forecast error not calculated in using Adv.Safety stock engine

Hi,

I am running advance safety stock (method AT)..I have give key figures (forecast hist and sales hist) in Dem.Planning area as the key figures needed to calculate sigma for forecast error. however, the adv.safety stock heuristic, when it runs, does not calculate the error and hence does not output any safety stock key figures in the safety stock SNP planning area.

I have checked the safety stock profle, and marked it as historical data for calucating errors in demand forecast. all other settings look correct.

Hi,

Have a check which forecast profile you are using & if the indicator for calculation of forecast error is selected in the forecast profile.
