User SAPSYS occupied all Dialog WP

Hi Team,

In our ECC system, Current status in SM50 is showing as:

Thus several processes are occupied by User SAPSYS.

We checked in our system but we do not find SAPSYS user please the purpose of this user,,what it is doing,,,Killing these processes is also not helping and it is getting start with same user again.

Please suggest what could be root cause and how to handle this situation.

Did you get a chance to look at the note.

Note 1153975 - All work processes are used by the user SAPSYS

Check transaction SM21

Check also possible dumps

also have a look at the workprocess traces affected

Is this a new system? copied? was it running before?
